一、项目简介

历经28年砥砺奋进、不懈创新，中欧国际工商学院秉承“认真、创新、追求卓越”的精神，逐步成为一所亚洲领先、全球一流的商学院，这离不开校友们和社会各界同仁的倾力支持。

中欧全新推出的月捐计划，旨在与长期支持、关心中欧发展的校友及同仁们之间建立起一条更加紧密的纽带，共塑培养全球顶级商业领导者的卓越平台，共享对中国乃至全球管理实践有影响的研究成果，为校友及中国企业成长贡献中欧力量。

本项目所筹资金将用于：

1. 案例开发与推广，打造具有国际影响力的中国主题案例库，助力更多商学院公益性使用中国案例，讲述中国故事，传播中国声音；

2. 教授专题研究，助力学术成果的产出与行业的发展；

3. MBA奖助学金，帮助更多优秀人才获得接受优质管理教育的机会。

I. Overview of Monthly Giving Scheme (MGS)

The newly launched monthly giving scheme (MGS) aims to forge closer ties with alumni and friends concerned with the development of CEIBS and to jointly build a platform of excellence for cultivating top global business leaders and sharing research findings that can impact management practices in China and abroad, so as to fuel the development of alumni and Chinese companies. 

All the funds raised for MGS will be directed to:

1. Case development and promotion

2. Dedicated faculty research

3. MBA scholarships and grants

二、项目背景 

1. 服务学院愿景。中欧以“培养兼具中国深度和全球广度、积极承担社会责任的领导者”为使命，以“融合中国与世界的教育、研究和商业实践，促进知识创造和传播，推动中国社会经济发展，成为全球最受尊敬的国际商学院”为愿景。

2. 抵御运营风险。中欧自建校之初便不属于国家财政预算内的高等院校，自筹资金，自主运营，经费高度依赖各课程学费和少部分企业及个人慷慨捐赠。学院需要建立一定规模的可持续的捐赠基金，部分程度抵御运营风险。

3. 普及捐赠文化。带动校友和各界人士对高等教育捐助需求的认知和行动，普及捐赠感恩文化。

II. Background of MGS

1. To serve CEIBS' vision. CEIBS is dedicated to educating responsible leaders versed in “China Depth, Global Breadth”, and strives “to become the most respected international business school in the world by linking China and the rest of the world in teaching, research, and business practice and by promoting China’s social and economic development through high-impact knowledge creation and dissemination.”

2. To help reduce operational risks. Since its inception, CEIBS has not been part of the national fiscal budgets for higher education institutions. As a self-funded and independently operated business school, CEIBS relies heavily on tuition fees supplemented by only a few generous gifts from companies and individuals, necessitating the establishment of a sustainable endowment fund to help reduce operational risks.

3. Promoting a culture of giving. MGS aims to raise the awareness of giving to higher education amongst alumni and people from all walks of life, engage them in giving to CEIBS, and promote a culture of gratitude and giving.

中欧已建成一支由80余位、来自全球10多个国家和地区的海内外知名学者组成的世界级全职教授队伍，他们博闻善教、扎根中国，将世界最前沿的管理思想与中国管理实践相融合。中欧月捐所筹款项将部分用于与企业社会责任和可持续发展相关的专题研究。

3. 案例开发和推广

中欧案例中心坚持“知识创造支持中欧高质量教学、案例库建设服务中国商学院教育、讲好中国故事贡献全球课堂”的战略定位。中欧月捐所筹款项除了支持两个重点项目之外，还将支持在案例开发方向性和引领性方面的创新，如探索“专精特新”和“ESG”等符合时代需要的创新主题案例，更好地满足新时代学员的学习需求。

III. Projects subsidized by MGS

1. MBA scholarships and grants

CEIBS awards scholarships and grants to excellent students from more than 90 countries and regions around the world to help them gain access to the best management education and achieve both personal and professional success.

2. Faculty research

CEIBS has built a world-class full-time faculty team composed of more than 80 eminent scholars from more than ten countries and regions around the world. Part of the funds raised by MGS will be allocated to research on CSR and sustainability.

3. Case development and promotion

In addition to the abovementioned projects, MGS will also support the development of innovative cases that current needs, especially on ESG and specialized and sophisticated SMEs, so as to better meet the demands of students.

四、关于中欧国际工商学院教育发展基金会

中欧国际工商学院教育发展基金会成立于2005年，隶属于中欧国际工商学院，是一家被依法认定的慈善组织。学员、校友及社会各界可通过基金会向学院捐赠资金及物资，推动学院的教学研究、校园建设、奖学励学以及各项事业的发展。

IV. About the CEIBS Education Foundation

Founded in 2005, the CEIBS Education Foundation is a legally recognized charitable organization affiliated to CEIBS. Through the Foundation, CEIBS students, alumni, and people from all walks of life can donate funds or make “in-kind” contributions to the school in order to boost its development in teaching and research, campus construction, financial aid for students, and other undertakings.

五、项目执行计划

1. 支持案例开发和推广

1）案例创新。2023年8月前，计划开发“专精特新”、ESG等创新主题案例15篇以上。

2）举办案例开发共创营和案例大师成长营。2022年11月，拟推出一期面向高校教师、校友企业的“案例开发共创营”。2022年12月和2023年7月，拟举办两期“案例大师成长营”。

3）案例库建设与推广。月捐款项将用于“中国工商管理国际最佳案例奖”奖金、案例评审、翻译、编辑、排版费及案例库信息化平台建设费。同时支持国内高校的采购，根据需要为每家院校支持3-5万元不等。 

2. 教授专题研究

中欧ESG研究平台是在学院新战略之下的四大研究领域之一。2018年-2022年期间，每年发布一本《中欧企业社会责任白皮书》，每年通过校友总会年会在校友中推广。今年月捐项目，将继续支持《2023中欧ESG白皮书》的编撰和推广。 

3. MBA奖助学金

MBA奖学金将以学生优秀程度为基础进行评选，奖励在过往学习和工作有卓越表现的MBA学生；助学金以学生个人及其家庭的综合经济状况为基础进行评选，为经济困难而需要帮助的优秀学生提供资金支持，二者均在每年MBA开学典礼上颁发。

V. Implementation Plan

1. Case development and promotion

1) Developing innovative cases: By August 2023, the Case Center will have developed more than 15 innovative cases on ESG and specialized and sophisticated SMEs.

2) Organizing the Case Co-Creation Camp and Case Master Development Camp: In November 2022, the Case Co-Creation Camp was launched and attended by professors from other universities and executives from alumni-led companies; the next Case Master Development Camp is scheduled for July 2023.

3) Building  and promoting the case library: Funds will be used to support the Global Contest for the Best China-Focused Cases Award, covering the cost of prizes, case reviews, translation, editing, typesetting, and online case library construction, and to support cases procurement for domestic universities with 30,000-50,000 RMB each, if needed.

2. Faculty research

The CEIBS ESG research platform is one of the four research areas initiated under the school’s current five-year strategic plan. From 2018 to 2022, the CEIBS Corporate Social Responsibility White Paper was released each year and promoted amongst alumni at the annual meeting of the CEIBS Alumni Association. MGS will fund the preparation and promotion of CEIBS ESG White Paper 2023.

3.  MBA scholarships and grants

MBA scholarships are awarded to MBA students with stellar academic and work performance; grants are needs-based for excellent students with financial difficulties. Both scholarships and grants are awarded at the annual MBA inauguration ceremony.

八、剩余款项使用

项目所有筹得款项，都将用于本项目的执行，如有剩余款项将用于基金会同类项目执行。

VIII. Use of remaining funds

All the funds raised for MGS will be used for the implementation of the aforementioned projects. Remaining funds, if any, will be committed to the implementation of similar projects of the CEIBS Education Foundation.

1. 上海市慈善基金会将为捐赠者开具纸质捐赠票据，您可以在捐赠时勾选“需要发票”并填写您的联系方式、发票信息以及邮寄地址。后台审核无误后，将在每年7月和1月统一开具并寄送票据。

2. 如急需发票或需补开发票，请关注“上海市慈善基金会”微信公众号，填写相关信息后，次月10日左右开具。

IX. Invoicing

1. The Shanghai Charity Foundation will issue paper invoices to each donor. When making a gift, you may check “invoice required,” and fill in your contact information, invoice information, and mailing address. After verification by a back-end system, invoices will be issued and sent every July and January.  

2. For an expedited or reissue of invoice service, please follow the “Shanghai Charity Foundation” WeChat official account and fill in the relevant information. The invoice will be issued on around 10th of the following month.
