Q1：我如何获得捐赠票据？捐赠抵税怎么操作？

上海市慈善基金会将为捐赠者开具捐赠票据。上慈会已于2023年7月1日起正式启用电子公益事业捐赠统一票据（以下简称“电子捐赠票据”），不再使用纸质公益事业捐赠统一票据。

捐赠人可通过微信搜索“上海市慈善基金会电子票据”官方微信小程序，自行查询和下载电子捐赠票据。

1）进入小程序，点击【我的】，首次进入需登陆或注册，并完成实名认证（系统会根据手机号推送历史个人捐赠信息到小程序）。

2）登陆后点击【我要开票】开具相应收据；如开具机构抬头的收据，点击自己的头像进行【关联机构】，按照提示提交认证材料并经上海市慈善基金会审核通过后开具。

捐赠抵税信息

统一社会信用代码：53310000501775488W

受赠单位名称：上海市慈善基金会

捐赠凭证号：填写捐赠票据右上角数字

捐赠金额：填写您的捐赠金额，与票据金额一致

扣除比例：30%

Q2：我的个人信息如何修改？

在月捐页面底部菜单栏点击【管理我的月捐】，在头像下方找到个人信息修改窗口，可随时进行调整。

Q3：我如何加入团队？

在月捐页面点击【团队】-【>】，查看团队列表并点击想要加入的团队，进入所选团队页面后点击【加入团队】即可。

Q1: How do I get a receipt for my donation and claim a tax deduction?

Shanghai Charity Foundation (SCF) will issue a donation receipt to each donor. On July 1, 2023, SCF formally introduced a unified electronic charitable donation receipt (hereinafter referred to as “electronic donation receipt”) to replace the paper donation receipt.

Donors can download their electronic donation receipts through the “SCF E-receipt” mini-program on WeChat.

1) Open the mini-program, click on [My Account]. At your first login, please register and complete the real name authentication.

2) Log in and click on [Request a Receipt]. If you want a receipt with an organization’s name on it, click on [Related Organizations] and submit materials as required. The receipt will be issued after the materials have been approved by SCF.

Donation certificate number: Enter the number in the upper right corner of your donation receipt.

Donation amount: Enter the amount of your donation, which must match the amount on your donation receipt.

Q2: How do I update my personal profile?

Click on [Manage My Plan] at the bottom of the page, and then go to [Update My Profile].

Q3: How can I join a team?

Click on [Team] - [>] on the page to check the team list, select the team you want to join, and then click on [Join Team].
